Coaching is a non-therapeutic form of guidance that often has a healing effect. It is a short-term and intensive learning process in which a client, prompted by a concrete question, undergoes a self-reflective learning journey and achieves concrete results. In this process, the client learns, among other things:
- what their own role and responsibility are in the problems or obstacles they experience,
- which (as yet) undeveloped possibilities they have within themselves to find a way forward, and how to realize self-direction in their own development from this point on.
Coaching sessions last 1 to 1.5 hours and take place once every 3 to 4 weeks. Programs consist on average of 7 to 9 sessions. The cost of a program amounts to an average of €3,000 to €4,000, excluding VAT.
Since 2001, Loek has been affiliated with the professional organization Nobco/EMCC but has chosen not to be (any longer) accredited due to a difference in perspective with the professional organization regarding what coaching quality truly entails.
