LOEK OUDEMAN

Teams and organizations can be regarded as living organisms with their own characters, shadow sides, talents, and blind spots. Good and bad habits. And sometimes that gets stuck. Nothing human is alien to us. Especially when teams or organizations need to start operating at a higher level, or even need to work in a completely different form, all the mechanisms that an individual shows in a similar situation emerge: fear, resistance, dropout, dysfunction, powerlessness, uncertainty, conflict.

Team and organizational trajectories are essentially reflective and concrete learning processes, where Loek, as a team/organization coach—sometimes accompanied by colleagues—works with both the involved individuals and the team as a whole towards pre-defined goals or results, whose feasibility and relevance are nuancedly explored during an intake process.
